The Encompass group is working with a 30+ year old wealth management firm that has changed the game in their space. With a fortune 500 clientele and extreme growth, they are looking for a Client Service Manager to handle some of their largest and most prestigious accounts.

My client doesn't let bureaucracy and hierarchical mentality get in the way of taking care of the customer or an employee's personal growth. They have an average tenure of 12+ years and two of their Executives started off in entry level positions. This position is responsible for the operational maintenance of client accounts including review of client activity and transactions; compilation and completion of client, custodian, and firm paperwork; collaboration on team projects; and execution of client and firm tasks such as asset transfers, preparation of reports, and general support of portfolio and investment strategies in order to maximize the client experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handling client requests
  • Reconciling accounts
  • Adding, deleting, and cancelling contracts
  • Coordinating with compliance and trading on the addition of new clients
  • Completing expense reports, organizing documents, scheduling appointments and travel arrangements
  • Processing invoices with services
  • Contacting clients for approvals
  • Supporting appropriate sales personnel

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years experience as a sales assistant or client service representative
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Word and Excel proficiency
  • Proven ability in handling confidential information with discretion
  • Series 7 (plus, not not required)

COMPENSATION:

  • Base salary up to $65,000 depending on experience and cultural fit
