Job Description:

  • Develop, maintain, and increase candidate relationships.
  • Source/engage passive candidates.
  • Perform weekly recruitment calls and schedule daily phone appointments with prospective candidates.
  • Meet/exceed performance expectations for billable hours and GM.
  • Organize weekly efforts utilizing recruitment business plan.
  • Provide timely information to potential candidates with regards to potential employment and consulting opportunities.
  • Maintain company Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in Bullhorn including updating candidate records, email marketing lists, salary requirements, and individual candidate notes
  • Quickly build a conversational understanding of complex technical requirements to accurately identify potential candidates
  • Utilize a consultative approach and follow a strategic recruitment plan to proactively source candidates through cold calls and direct recruitment activity
  • Maintain and post job descriptions on internal company and 3rd party career boards
  • Provide potential leads and market information on prospective clients
  • Perform and coordinate all tasks necessary for filling assigned open
  • Sourcing applicants, sorting and screening resumes/applications, telephone pre-screens and interviews, reference
  • Serve as resident expert on recruitment application database including training, trouble shooting and communication with technical support, and continuously learning best practices for maximum use.
  • Responsible for the coordination and successful completion of all pre-employment screening steps (i.e. reference checks, Predictive Index, background checks, scheduling occupational health, etc.)
  • Responsible for the coordination and successful completion of all new hire offer letters and related information.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3 Years of prior experience in IT Recruitment or Human Resources
  • Experience in Public Speaking and Presentation
  • Knowledge of Sales and Marketing concepts
  • Prior experience in Business to Business Sales (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
