This position is Thursday – Monday (including Sat & Sun). Competitive base salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
Manage store service and personnel in specified area assigned. Coordinate the schedule and supervise weekend employees. Find suitable coverage or run any weekend routes that are open. Service key accounts during weekdays and identify where special attention is needed.
Train new weekend employees to the servicing standards set by Long Beverage management. Identify and rectify product deficient stores by means of impromptu deliveries. Report poorly serviced or stocked stores to off-premise market manager. Communicate with all weekend employees daily.
