With only a 4% acceptance rate, SV Academy is a competitive 12 week, online, part-time, business development fellowship where participants receive mentorship and hands-on training from top business executives at Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Upon completion, fellows transition into a full-time Sales Development Representative (SDR) job at a fast-growing startup in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, New York City and other major U.S. cities.

Responsibilities:
  • 20-hour weekly commitment during the 12-week training component and willingness to work at an SV Academy employer partner for one year post-training.
  • Ability to learn virtually and complete assignments online, including interview preparation, business development exercises, and communication skills development.
  • Completion of a real-world internship with a high-growth startup (this is included in the 10-15 hour fellowship commitment).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree holder or within 60 days of graduation
  • U.S. citizen or Green Card holder
  • Willing to relocate to one of our employer partner locations in various major U.S. cities

Our startup partners include companies such as SurveyMonkey, Palo Alto Networks, and Optimizely, just to name a few. Our 100+ SaaS partners all have small, high-power, entrepreneurial business development teams with opportunities for growth within the organization.

Salary:
An average starting salary of an SV Academy graduate is $78,000 (OTE).
