Our organization is committed to addressing the needs of children and youth who have been traumatized by an array of situations.
- BS from an accredited college.
- Group residential childcare experience preferred.
Responsible for the implementation of a residential treatment program for 8-9 troubled youths referred by juvenile courts, psychiatric hospitals, social workers and private parent placements. This is a live in position. During your seven days working, you will be required to live in the cottage with the young men and women. We are a Sanctuary certified organization that believes in being trauma sensitive and trauma informed in working with youth and adults. Your days will include running groups, following the daily routine, transportation, documentation, cleaning, cooking, behavioral modification, supervising youth, attending PCP meetings, medical appointments, planning and communicating.
Schedule is currently 7 days on/7days off duty. Job description available upon request. We cannot accommodate living quarters for employee’s dependent children. We do not allow pets.
