Elavon is looking to hire a Voice of the Customer Manager at our Atlanta, GA or Knoxville, TN Headquarters.

This individual will work with leadership to define opportunities and support business decisions by providing primary and secondary research support. Conducts statistical and other studies to provide data on the sales potential of specific products, market areas and/or customer segmentations. Develops statistical segmentation models and provides quantitative analysis to understand and act upon market data profiles and behaviors. Compiles economic and historical data for use in management forecasting and planning. Designs market studies using research and statistical techniques. Acts as a liaison to vendors and various levels of management.
