Specific Responsibilities The Business Analyst is responsible for the supply/demand analysis of system data in an ongoing effort to increase order management productivity, decrease supply chain distribution cycle time and report frequently on overall budget and sales goal analysis. Analyze and communicate monthly sales reporting and forecasting with multiple business parties Establish a series of group meetings to review monthly budgets and discuss any shortfalls Assist in managing overall system data integrity with main focus on sales order fulfillment Create a standard business practice for identifying and resolving data integrity issues Work with Business teams on creating and maintaining Sales Order Processing SOP's across the divisions Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred Allocation/Data Analysis experience a plus ( preferably in the Apparel/Accessories/Footwear Industry) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) Some EDI and ERP Software experience, preferably SAP, a plus Working knowledge of retail math Ability to foster effective teamwork Good communication with business teams Detail oriented Ability to learn difficult concepts quickly while offering creative solutions to problem solving Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment Excellent time management skills Ability to set priorities effectively GBG USA Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
