The site is intended for use by individuals seeking employment ("Jobseekers") or career training or for employers or recruiters seeking candidates for employment ("Employers"). Certain services offered on or through the site may require you to have an account. Violation of any of these Terms of Service will result in the termination of your account.

Terms

By accessing the website at https://www.jobfinderusa.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Additional Terms for Employers

If you are an Employer using the site, you may have also entered into an Advertising Agreement with JobFinderUSA, in which case these terms of use are part of and incorporated into that agreement.

  • You must provide a valid email address and any other information requested to complete a job posting.
  • You may not post any jobs on the site for any competitor of JobFinderUSA or post content that contains links to any site competitive with jobfinderusa.com.
  • Job postings must be individual openings for traditional, W-2 or 1099 employees.
  • Job postings are non-refundable.
  • Communications soliciting an Employer's business by our competitors are prohibited.

Required Information

You must provide a valid email address in order to complete the signup process. Where you are asked to complete a registration form the personal details that you provide must be true, accurate and complete.

House rules

  • You must be human to create an account. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority as defined in your jurisdiction.
  • You must provide your real name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process.
  • Your login may only be used by one person - a single login shared by multiple people is not permitted.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account secure while you use the site.
  • Resumes uploaded through the site must contain the accurate resume of a living individual seeking employment on his or her own behalf.
  • You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on JobFinderUSA's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. JobFinderUSA does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. JobFinderUSA may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However JobFinderUSA does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
